Refund policy

 Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Item must not contain any scent, deodorant stains or tan marks.  The item must also not contain any pet or human hair.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You must return the products at your own expense, and remain your property until safely returned to our warehouse.

We DO OFFER A CHANGE OF MIND POLICY.  We require an email within 7 days of receiving the product with images showing us the problem. The product must be returned within 14 days after you receive it, unworn, tags still on and in the same condition.  The refund WILL not occur until we have received the item and checked over it.

Sale Items

Items marked down 25% or more are considered sale items and are NOT eligible for a return/Exchange.

Damages/Faulty

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item (e.g. arrives with torn or loose threads). You are required to send photo evidence within 7 days of receipt to: hello@miettaleisurewear.com.au.  If your claim is justified, you will be offered a replacement or store credit depending on stock availability, upon the item being received. If a refund is preferred, we will accommodate this for verified manufacturing defects. Other than a defective item as described above.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and the refund too.
